Monday - Thursday 10am - 6pm. Friday & Sat 10am - 3pm
Out of hours - adjusted rates
Outside of these above times & All day Sunday
Urgent repairs that require immediate attention will have an additional charge.
Typical charges for time-critical repairs range from £100-£300 determined by commitments and engineer availability.
Home & domestic repairs
Call out charge: Free within 5 miles of Staines
Otherwise will be charged door-to-door
First Hour: £60, Thereafter: £40 /hr
Work & business repairs, including remote support
Call out charge: Free within 5 miles of Staines
Otherwise will be charged door-to-door
First Hour: £60, Thereafter: £50 /hr
Out of hours & Sunday repairs
Starts at £120 for first 2 hours, then charged at £60/hour
Basic remote support, basic off site repair & general advise
Up to £50 per hour
You won't be charged for advise
This charge applies for work continued remotely off-site (including hardware taken to be completed and returned to the client)
Advanced / Level 2 remote support, advanced off-site repair
£70 per hour if pre-arranged
Notes:
No Fix - No fee applies to work scoped correctly prior to arrival & only covers for pre-arranged visits (not time-critical or urgent)
Out of hours / time critical charges apply to all the above rates if the work wasn't pre-arranged, even for remote and weekend repairs
Proforma invoicing available
Some jobs require advanced sourcing parts or technical research. If the rates aren't project based there may be additional charges if bespoke solutions are required. These will be communicated first
Prices are total - Dexter Computer Repairs isn't VAT registered
Price Guarantee:
If an unforeseen issue arises or job over-run occurs Dexter Technology will try whenever possible to fix it at the earliest convivence, even staying beyond the published hours.
Prices will be in your favour, payment only when the job is complete.
For example a project overshooting into 'out of hours' would continue to be charged at the lower, hourly rate. This guarantee also applies to work that rolls into a agreed follow-up repair regardless if on-line or on-site.
